What is a "Fast Pass"
A fast past is like a ticket, you can skip the line for cover charge and get inside quickly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, & ApplePay.
Is there a cover charge?
There are typically cover charges on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
This may differ depending on holidays and other special events.
Do you have Coat Check?
Coat Check is $3, cash or credit card.
We typically run Coat Check from November through the end of May.
Coat Check may be open beyond that for themed parties and special occasions. Call to confirm if needed.
Is there parking at Hydrate?
Tow-Zones
There may be parking restrictions on North Halsted and in front of Hydrate during weekends and busy event times.
Please remain alert to signage for parking restrictions on Halsted Street.
Residential streets require permits or you will be ticketed.

You are welcome to fill out an application in person at Hydrate Monday – Friday between 8 pm-10 pm.
